Carolyn utilizes her background as a two-time CEO/Founder to advise early stage through growth companies on business strategy and operations. She has direct experience as an operator and CEO through every phase of medical technology development; from early-stage research to design thinking, regulatory, and through early scale. In addition to a focus on business profitability and her work helping save thousands of lives, she has received over 50 company-level awards, 25 direct personal awards, and 80 global press features.
Michael Kaszubski

CEO & Managing Partner
Michael A. Kaszubski currently serves as CEO and Managing Partner of ReGroup Advisors, Inc., a business strategy firm specializing in merger & acquisition, business startup, healthcare operations management, corporate strategy, and fraud/internal control programs for non-profit and privately held businesses. 36 years of merger/acquisition, business structure, investment, healthcare, and operations.
